Prada Marfa

Today I saw one of the strangest things I have seen on my trip so far. I was zipping along U. S. Route 90 near Valentine, Texas (pop. 207) listening to Sirius satellite radio. I was stunned to see a Prada sign on a small building out in the middle of nowhere. It turns out to be a permanently installed sculpture by artists Elmgreen and Dragset about 37 miles northwest of the city of Marfa. As there was about 1 car every half hour on this road I decided to shoot an HDR of Prada Marfa.
