Babcock Wildlife Management Area, Punta Gorda, Florida

I spent yesterday morning at the ponds in Babcock Wildlife Management Area near Punta Gorda, Florida. It is amazing how many birds were there. Just a few months ago the ponds were almost dried up and only alligators and tortoises were around the small water holes. It’s so great to see the area back to normal. I love watching all the birds at the Babcock Wildlife Management Area in the early morning hours. Here are a few shots.
